2. Add items to your basket in one session!
3. Payment options are numerous:
(a) BACS - recommended for UK only.
(b) Telephone - if you don't want to leave your card details online, call 0044 1277 212911
(c) Realex - Great for international customers outside of the EU. Pay in your local currency. This is a LIVE TIME payment gateway. We suggest you call your bank to get PRE-APPROVAL before going through checkout. If your card declines, use the back button, call the bank and try again OR use secureform (Option 'd' below)
(d) SECUREFORM - For all EU VAT registered customers. We will manually remove the VAT/ TVA from the order and charge your card in pounds sterling the LOWER, ZERO rated value when we are ready to ship.
EU customers: you can use realex (and pay in euro) if you wish, but you will be billed a VAT inclusive value, and we will then refund the VAT back to your card (in euro)

All Orders ship via UPS.
We ALWAYS provide UPS with all documentation (physical and digital copies) to clear customs your end.
We also email this info to you, so if it gets lost, you should be able to provide this to customs clearance yourself.
Orders under £200 (ex VAT)
If you are logged into your account while ordering, you will be able to see the automatically calculated freight charge. Lightweight orders will go in the mail, this is NOT trackable.
